Development Cricket (formerly called Berkshire Development Cricket) is open for young cricketers of ability and potential. If they can answer yes to any of the questions below, then they should come and join one of our programmes.

DEVELOPMENT CRICKET PHILOSOPHY

Our philosophy reflects our experience. We want the young players who we work with to improve but within an environment that places no pressure on the children. We help them to understand that in order to improve - a particular shot or delivery, dealing with a game situation - they will often and repeatedly experience failure, before being able to succeed. This is not just a cricket lesson for the boys and girls, but a life lesson too! 

All our training and matches are focussed but in an environment that allows them to train and play in a relaxed mindset
